Privacy Policy

Twinsee

Effective Date: Dec 1, 2025

Last Updated: Dec 1, 2025

AiWover (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our app and related services that analyze infant posture through uploaded videos (the “Services”).

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use Twinsee – Beta:

  • Parent and Account Information: Your name, email address, password, and account preferences.
  • Infant Video Data: Videos and images you upload for posture analysis. These may contain identifiable information such as your child’s face, body, and background environment.
  • Device and Technical Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, and usage metrics that help us ensure app performance and security.
  • Optional Consent Data: If you give explicit consent, we may collect and store your authorization to use de-identified videos for model training.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide posture analysis, developmental insights, and personalized reports.
  • Improve and refine our algorithms to make the analysis more accurate.
  • Maintain the security and performance of our systems.
  • Communicate important updates, results, or policy changes.
  • Conduct machine learning model training only if you have opted in through the explicit consent form.

We do **not** sell personal data or share videos with advertisers or third-party marketers.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. Videos are stored securely in Amazon Web Services (AWS) storage (or potentially a private Cloud system, depending on which version of the app you are using), and are accessible only to authorized personnel who support the Services.

We maintain strict internal controls and periodic access reviews. If you give consent, de-identified versions of your videos are processed to remove personally identifying information before any training use.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our Services:

  • Service Providers: Vendors who host, process, or analyze video data under written agreements with strict confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Research Partners: If you explicitly consent to be part of our research studies, de-identified data may be shared with research institutions.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of users.

We do not disclose identifiable video content to any third party without your explicit written consent.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

  • Access, correct, or delete your account information through your profile settings.
  • Request deletion of your videos and associated data at any time by contacting support@twinsee.ai.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support@twinsee.ai. Withdrawal will stop future participation, but already anonymized data may remain in aggregate datasets.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, your videos and personal data will be deleted within 30 days. De-identified or aggregated data used for research or service improvement may be retained.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is designed for use by parents or legal guardians. We do not permit accounts directly created by minors or children. Videos uploaded of infants or children are processed under the parent’s or guardian’s consent.

8. International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, your data may be processed in locations where privacy laws differ. We implement contractual safeguards and industry-standard measures to protect personal data across borders.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any material changes will be communicated through the app or by email before they take effect.
